Golden Gate casino under "fake" Maksym Krippa expands its presence in Ukraine
According to media reports, through a front person, the casinos are owned by businessman Maksym Krippa.
Golden Gate casinos and gaming halls are located in the controversial Dnipro hotel (Kyiv), previously acquired by Krippa; Holosiivskyi hotel (Kyiv), Premier Hotel Palazzo (Poltava), and Premier Hotel Abri (Dnipro).
The license is held by "Ayfar Group" LLC. The Gambling and Lottery Regulation Commission (KRAIL) issued the license to the firm in August 2023. Dmitry Lizenko is listed as the director of Ayfar Group. The company was established by the Dutch Collax B.V. (from Curacao, closely tied to 70% of casinos globally). The company’s charter capital is over UAH 81 million, with asset value of UAH 230 million.
Interestingly, the casino employs aggressive erotic marketing, similar to Krippa’s previous experience with dating websites. Recall that Krippa began with fake dating sites, where photos of models were uploaded to attract foreign clients willing to pay in dollars. Expanding his operations, he later offered access to "hot" photos and erotic chats with hired webcam models satisfying client demands.
Neither AMCU, KRAIL, nor departments for cybersecurity and the SBU have investigated Krippa’s alleged connection to Usmanov or other Russian nationals.
